Order Cancellations
Sirrah Clothing reserves the right to honor order cancellations requested by clients at our discretion. We start making your order within 24 hours after the payment has been received. Orders can not be canceled once we have started making the item.
Processing & Shipping
Please allow up to 5 days for items to be shipped. You will receive an email notification once your item has been made and shipped. Local items can be picked for free up at a designated location. This will be confirmed once the order is placed.
Package lost in mail?
Sirrah Clothing is not responsible for lost packages. Please contact USPS with the tracking number provided to start your inquiry.

Custom and Personalized Orders
Please inspect your proofs carefully. Personalized or custom orders cannot be returned or refunded. If the necessary information is not provided when ordering, your order will be delayed until all necessary information is received.
